Congratulations to Nina Kachanova (Sunrise, FL) and Victor Castro Villela (Miami, FL) who completed the PADI Rescue Diver course today while shore diving at the Blue Heron Bridge. It was a pleasure diving with them both and I wish them continued success as they utilize and expand their diving skills.
