Congratulations to Victor Castro Villela (Miami, FL) who completed the PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty today while diving at the Blue Heron Bridge. Victor now has 6 separate Specialty Certifications and he is coming back next weekend to complete the Rescue Diver course.
